Introduction

To strengthen freshmen's solid foundation in mathematics and science and to enhance their motivation for learning, in 2024 the university brought together faculty with expertise in mathematics from the General Education Center and physics from the Department of Electronic Engineering to establish the "Mathematics and Science Teaching Center," aiming to integrate teaching and research resources in mathematical and scientific education.

The office of the Mathematics and Science Teaching Center is located on the 4th floor of the Mechanical Building in the First Campus. Under the center's organizational structure, there are the Mathematics Group and the Physics Group. Currently, the center's staff includes one director, one administrative staff member, six mathematics faculty, and three physics faculty.
